June 12, Fineko/abc.az. A new chairman of the Creditors Committee of Bank Standard, which is in the process of liquidation, has been elected.

The chairman was elected at a meeting held to determine the new composition of the Creditors Committee of the Bank.

During the meeting Creditors Committee’s chair Ekrem Hasanov had resigned, and then a new composition of the Committee was formed.

The number of Committee’s members has doubled and reached 60 (the former number – 27). A vote with participation of 58 people was conducted to elect a new chair. Election was held between Shahin Akhmedov and lawyer Ogtay Magerramov, who represented Azercell Telecom LLC. By a majority of votes, Shakhin Akhmedov was elected the new chairman.

In addition, only one person - Nailya Takhmazova was nominated for the post of secretary of the Creditors Committee and elected by 34 votes.
