Oil prices grow after not large decline

June 20, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani oil Azeri Light has decreased in price by $0.64 (1%) to $63.47 a barrel.

After a sharp rise on Tuesday, which became a record for WTI oil for the last 5 months, oil prices of standard grades grew moderately during trading on Wednesday.

Following Wednesday’s trading at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures; ICE Futures) the price of August’s futures of Brent oil reduced by $0.32 (0.51%) to $61.82 a barrel.

The Brent oil grew in price by $0.98 (1.59%) up to $62.29 a barrel by 10:05 am on Thursday.

Following the 19 June trading at the New York Merchant Exchange (NYMEX), the WTI oil futures for July declined in price by $0.14 (0.26%) to $53.90 a barrel.

In Thursday’s trading the cost of WTI oil futures for July increased in price by $0.82 (1.53%) up to $54.58 a barrel by 10:05 am.
