June 20, Fineko/abc.az. Insurance payment is carried out by the insurer in accordance with the contract or on the basis of the application of the policyholder and the Act on the Insured Event.

The general provisions of the Law on Insurance says on the occasion that the insurance act is drawn up by the insurer or his lawyer (expert).

Thus, the insurer has the right to specify the reasons and details of the insured event. This means that enterprises, departments, organizations and law enforcement agencies must provide the necessary information at the request of the insurer in connection with the insured event.

Taxes and fees from insurance payments are not charged.
