Azexport to export licorice to Israel

June 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Center of Analysis of Economic Reform & Communications hosted a meeting of representatives of F&C-Licoris Group, the largest company on export of the root and extract of licorice.

At the meeting a preliminary agreement was reached on export of 2,500-3,000 tons of licorice root from Azerbaijan to Israel next season in accord with an annual contract.

The statement was made by portal Azexport’s manager Ayhan Gagashev.

In Azerbaijan the licorice root products is not only exported such countries as China, Singapore, India, Israel, and Iran, but also is used for domestic demand.
