July 1, Fineko/abc.az. The agent banks of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund gave mortgage loans in the amount of AZN 93.8 million for Jan-May 2019.

The CBA reports that in May the agent banks gave loans for AZN 20.2 million, in April for AZN 20.9 million, in March for AZN 16.2 million, in February for AZN 23.5 million, in January for AZN 13 million.

The Fund refinanced loans in the amount of AZN 121.6 million for Jan-May 2019.

In May of the year the Fund received AZN 20 million from the State Budget for financing social mortgage.

For the first 5 months of 2019 the AMCGF raised AZN 40 million from the placement of bonds.

In 2018, the Fund’s agent banks gave mortgage loans for AZN 272.5 million.
