July 4, Fineko/abc.az. This July the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan will complete work on the integration of new generation cash registers installed in large supermarket chains in Baku with the information system of the Ministry.

The Ministry reports that the first stage includes the installation of new generation cash registers at gas stations and large supermarket chains.

"We continue work on new generation cash registers. At present, the first stage of their installation is underway in Baku, Ganja and Sumgait," the Ministry said.

According to the schedule of the first stage, the new cash registers will be used in the following supermarkets: Bravo, Bazarstore, Al's Market, Bizim Market, OBA Market, Araz, Spar, FAVORIT, Neptun Market, Grand Mart, Avromart, FR Market, Sеbеt Market, Fresco, Bolmart, Port Baku Bazar, Megastore Market, Rahat Market, Kontinental, West Mart, AILE, Egam Market, Caspian Cristal Gastranomy, and Armo Store Market.

The Tax Ministry also reports that the use of cash registers of new generation will allow more transparent calculations, prevent the illegal circulation of goods and control the turnover.

The Ministry warns that the refusal to install cash registers, their non-use and violation of the rules of cash payments will lead to liability envisaged by tax legislation.
