Natural gas export has grown this year

July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported more than 2.4 bn cu m of natural gas for the 2nd quarter.

According to SOCAR, in Q2 of 2019 over 9 million tons of oil and more than 8 bn cu m of gas were extracted around the country as a whole, including other producer companies of Azerbaijan.

The observed growth in natural gas export is linked with the launch of the Southern Gas Corridor and made about 37% compared with the 2018 same term.
