July 22, Fineko/abc.az. The next auction of the State Committee on Property Issues will be held on 20 August.

This time 87 state property facilities will be set out for the auction.

Of them, 37 small state enterprises and facilities, 15 joint stock companies, 12 non-residential premises, 5 unfinished buildings, and 18 motor transportation vehicles.

The Committee informs that share packages of 30% to 45% of joint-stock companies are put up for privatization. State property facilities of this category are located in such cities and districts as Lankaran, Shirvan, and Kurdamir. Potential investors can make a choice of joint stock companies Xəzər Avtonəqliyyat, Kürdəmir Aqrotexservice, Daşkəsən Aqrotexservice, etc.
