July 31, Fineko/abc.az. Commercial banks reduced their debts to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan by AZN 177 million in the 1st half of 2019, says monthly statistical report published by the Financial Market Supervision Authority.

The statistical data says that as of 31 December 2018 CBA's requirements to banks amounted to AZN 384.7 million. On 30 June 2019 these requirements decreased to AZN 207.7 million.

Compared with the end of June 2018, CBA's requirements to the banks reduced by AZN 231.1 million.

Taking into account that the loans given to customers reached AZN 13.146 bn, the share of CBA’s funds in the resources raised by the domestic banks is very low.
