Credit investments observe a rise

August 2, Fineko/abc.az. Credit investments reached AZN 13.48 bn with a rise of AZN 284.6 million or 2.1% (versus the late May’s indicator). Half of the growth is related to consumer loans. In total, credit investments include business loans and consumer loans.

According to Central Bank’s published statistical data, in June the loans given to households (mainly consumer loans) increased by AZN 143.3 million up to AZN 5.8 bn. The share of loans to households in credit investments reached 43%. This figure made up 35.8% at the end of June 2018 and 40.9% at the end of 2018.

In total, in the 1st half of this year the credit investments increased by AZN 462.3 million, and loans to households by AZN 482.2. Out of total amount of credit investments, there was observed a rise on customer loans for households and a decline on business loans in the 1st half of the year.
