After a sharp jump up oil prices go down, and Azeri Light rose by 4.5%

August 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani oil Azeri Light has increased in price by $2.78 (4.53%) up to $64.09 a barrel.

The prices of oil have declined on Wednesday after a sharp jump up following the previous trading session.

Following the 13 August trading at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures; ICE Futures) the price of October’s futures of Brent oil grew by $2.73 (4.66%) up to $61.30 a barrel.

On Wednesday, Brent oil futures for October has decreased in price by $0.65 (1.06%) up to $60.65 a barrel by 9:25 am.

Following the 13 August trading at the NIMYX Exchange the price of September’s futures of WTI oil increased by $2.17 (4%) up to $57.10 a barrel.

On Wednesday, the cost of WTI oil futures for September has declined in price by $0.78 (1.37%) to $56.32 a barrel by 9:25 am.
