September 10, Fineko/abc.az. A 12-month subsidy program is launched in Azerbaijan within the framework of the project “Enhancing decent work opportunities for youth”.

According to the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, the program is aimed at increasing the employment of young people who do not have work experience, help them find their worthy place in the labor market.

According to a project covering 12 districts of Baku, a subsidiary agreement will be concluded between employers and the International Labor Organization. Based on this, within 12 months, 50% of the salary of each employed young person (including taxes and social insurance contributions) will be given to employers in the form of subsidies.

At the end of the program, a total of 48 unemployed and job seekers will be employed, 4 people from each district.
