Global oil demand to be 101.6 million barrels per day next year

September 12, Fineko/abc.az. By 2020, global oil demand is expected to rise by 101.6 million barrels a day, as stated in the monthly report of the International Energy Agency (IEA) on the oil market. It is reported that global oil demand will increase by 1,300,000 barrels next year and will average 101,600,000 barrels per day.

According to the IEA, Asia-Pacific countries will be in the first place with 36,700,000 barrels per day in oil demand. The next continent will be America with 32,300,000 barrels and Europe with 15,100,000 barrels.
