ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the announcement published in the Vergiler newspaper (“Taxes”).

The announcement notes that in connection with the withdrawal of founders from the independent small enterprise Shahdag, the authorized capital of the enterprise will be reduced by AZN 5 (five) for each founder who left the company, in general - by AZN 10 (ten). The authorized capital of another founder remaining in the enterprise will be determined in the amount of only AZN 10 (ten). Lenders of the independent small enterprise Shahdag can contact the company within a month.
