September 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare announces a tender for the purchase of works on designing a 12-storey residential building for 288 apartments for the visually impaired. The tender is held on 1 lot, the participation cost is AZN 200.

The announcement states that applicants must submit documents for participation in the tender by 10:00 p.m. on 21.10.2019, as well as bank security documents with a tender proposal  by 15.00 on 24.10.2019 through the portal //www.etender.gov .az/. Envelopes with proposals of applicants will be opened on October 24, 2019 at 15:00.

It is also noted that participation in the tender, tender evaluation and all other procedures are carried out only through the portal in electronic form. A set of electronic conditions can be obtained after 16.10 on 09.23.2019.
