September 30, Fineko/abc.az. The IDPs Development Fund is holding a one-lot tender procedure on engineering of a new residential district with all necessary social and technical infrastructure for 668 IDP families, temporarily inhabited in the territory of Agdash district. 

The tender participation cost is 150 manats.

The tender announcement says that bidders are required to submit documents till 3 pm on 19 September 2019, while the tender offer till 6 pm on 11 October 2019 through portal https://www.etender.gov.az/portal. Envelopes with bids will be opened at 4 pm on 14 October 2019. 
Participation in the tender, tender assessment and all other procedures will be carried out only through the portal in e-form.
