Azerbaijan’s Central Bank placed short-term notes not fully

December 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has placed short-term notes today.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that on 13 December the CBA sold the notes with ISIN-code 50100266S which were offered in the amount of AZN 300 million for 28-day term.

The 11 investors submitted 14 orders for purchase of notes for $147.357 million. Investors gave AZN 98.8472 manats for the notes (claim for annual yield: 14.99%) up to AZN 99.2278 (10.01%).

Under CBA’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 98,8472 (yield: 14.99%), the weighted average price was set at AZN 99.0443 (yield of 12.41%) . As a result , the notes were sold for 147.357 million.
