October 8, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Ministry of Economy has organized a business forum on subsidized lending to entrepreneurship in Samukh district.

Addressing to the forum, Deputy Economy Minister Sahib Mammadov pointed out that in the past period of this year entrepreneurs were given AZN 132.6 million of subsidized loans for financing investment projects, that allowed creation of up to 3,800 jobs. 65% of subsidized loans given during this period account for districts of Azerbaijan, and 35% for Baku and its settlements. 74.4% of those loans are directed for development of the agricultural sector and 25.6% for development of industry and other areas.

Within the framework of the forum 33 entrepreneurs of Ganja-Gazakh economic district received AZN 538,000 of subsidized loans for financing investment projects in animal husbandry, horticulture, bread production, and as a result of those projects, up to 50 jobs will be created.
