October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Creative products will be sold online in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by portal Azexport’s head Zaur Gardashev in program Gündəm, broadcast on TV channel ARB 24.

He stressed that creative products will be offered for sale through portal Azexport, which he runs.

"The share of creative activity products in GDP in the middle-developed countries is about 3%," Gardashev underlined and made a comparison.

"Azerbaijan can earn up to $2 bn from the sale of creative activity products. In the most developed country, in the UK for example, the share of creative activity products reaches up to 10% of GDP. If to talk about medium-developed countries and take 3%, this means that Azerbaijan also has the potential to produce products of creative activity for $1.5-2 bn, and most of them can be exported. If we take into account the great interest of Azerbaijanis in this sector, we can be sure that we can achieve such results."
