October 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold state short-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange.

The BSE informs that the bond issue with ISIN-code AZ0104010746 for AZN 25 million and circulation term of 364 days was placed on 15 October.

The 12 investors submitted 18 orders in the total amount of AZN 81.85 million. The orders were submitted in the price range from AZN 91.7846 per bond (yield: 9%) up to AZN 94.3689 (6%).

Under Ministry’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 93.9720 (yield: 6.45%) and the weighted average price at AZN 95.0594 (6.3505%).

As a result, the bonds for AZN 25 million were placed.

The maturity date of the bonds is 13 October 2020.
