October 18, Fineko/abc.az. A delegation consisting mainly of French–speaking cantons - heads of leading companies of Western Switzerland – is to arrive in Azerbaijan.

During the visit to last from 20 to 22 October the delegation will hold a number of official meetings, as well as business negotiations with representatives of Azerbaijani companies.

The delegation includes heads of Swiss energy, infrastructure, banking and healthcare companies. The visit is aimed at establishing new trade and business ties between entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan and Switzerland. During the visit it is also planned to discuss the possibility of supporting the participation of Swiss companies in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects implemented by Azerbaijan.
