November 19, Fineko/abc.az. Total volume of securities transactions carried out at the Baku Stock Exchange for the first 10 months of 2019.

ABC.AZ reports that for Jan-Oct 2019 such operations exceeded AZN 12.137 million (versus AZN 12.356 million for the 2018 same term).

As a result, despite the decrease observed in the placement of government securities on the primary market, for Jan-Oct 2019 the volume of trade in the secondary market of government securities increased by 274%, in the corporate securities market by 24%, and the volume of repo transactions increased by 76% (against the 2018 same term). This October the capitalization of the Baku Stock Exchange excedeed AZN 3.379 bn.
