Changes in audit commission discussed at Azərbaycan Sənaye Sığorta meeting

November 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azərbaycan Sənaye Sığorta has held an extraordinary general meeting today.

ABC.AZ reports that during the meeting the changes in Company’s audit commission were covered. The insurer was established by changing the legal form of CI Sığorta LLC founded on 17 December 1996, and is its legal successor.

At the end of 2008 it was transformed into an open joint stock company.
