November 21, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with the average annual growth rate of the average monthly nominal wage in 2018, the insurance part of all types of labor pensions was indexed from 1 January 2019.

ABC.AZ reports that in accord with the amendments to the Law on Labor Pensions the minimum amount of labor pension is established from 1 March 2019 in the amount of 160 manats and from 1 October in the amount of 200 manats.

According to the State Statistics Committee, since 1 October of this year social benefits have been assigned to 392,700 persons. The number of people receiving an old-age pension reached 76,200, disability pension –177,500, breadwinner loss benefit - 44,900, the pension of children under age of 18 years on limited state of health 66,300 people. The allowance for utilities, transport and other services was given to 1,500 persons who do not have the right to labor pension.
