Does NBCBank increase authorized capital? - An extraordinary meeting to be held

November 25, Fineko/abc.az. On 26 December an extraordinary general meeting of NBCBank’s shareholders will be held.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be held at Bank’s central office at address: Baku, Muzaffar Narimanov Str., Block 20/54. On general meeting agenda is issues of NBCBank’s authorized capital increase and other issues.
