What were credit investments in Azerbaijani economy for Jan-Oct?

December 4, Fineko/abc.az. The credit investments in the economy of Azerbaijan exceeded AZN 14 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that according to Central Bank’s report, as of 1 November 2019 the credit investments in the country's economy by credit institutions operating in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 14.075 million.

This figure has increased by AZN 202.9 million or 1.5% over the last month. Compared with the beginning of this year, the credit investments grew by 1.446 million or 11.5%, and compared with the 2018 same term by AZN 2.185 million or 18.4%.

Growth of lending in Azerbaijan occurred mainly due to the increase in consumer loans.
