Innovation in assigning stars to hotels - criteria to be applied

December 6, Fineko/abc.az. Introduction of new criteria of hotel stars in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that Tourism Bureau’s CEO Florian Sengstschmid made a relevant statement at a media conference.

He noted that thus the Tourism Bureau will check compliance of hotels of the country to the stars assigned to them.

"Our goal is not to punish any hotel, but to improve the level of service in it. Each hotel will be evaluated at the limits of its possibilities," he added.
