Oil becomes cheaper after its sharp rise last week

December 9, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices are falling after a significant increase in the previous session last week.

At the end of trading on 6 December at the London ICE Futures Exchange the price of February’s Brent futures rose by $1.0 (1.58%) up to $64.39 per barrel. Its price fell by $0.27 (0.42%) to $64.12 per barrel by 9:20 am.

Following the trading on 6 December, WTI futures for January at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) rose in price by $0.77 (1.32%) up to $59.20 per barrel. Its price decreased by $0.33 (0.56%) to $58.87 per barrel by 9:20 am.
