December 9, Fineko/abc.az. The global economy is likely to grow rapidly from the 2nd half of next year.
ABC.AZ reports that such a forecast was announced by Adrian Zuercher, the head of the Asia-Pacific branch of Swiss investment bank UBS Global.
In his opinion, it is triggered by the weakening of the trade war between the U.S. and China, and soft monetary policy pursued by central banks.
"If a trade agreement is reached between the two countries and the U.S. lifts customs duties on Chinese goods from 15 December, the global economy will begin to recover slowly," the UBS representative said.
