Known company lowers authorized capital to 400 manats

December 9, Fineko/abc.az. A company operating in Azerbaijan has reduced its authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said announcement was made by newspaper Vergiler.

Thus, the founders Development & Innovation Center “Horizon” LLC made a decision on 9 January 2019 to reduce the authorized capital of the company by 100 manats to 400 manats. Within 30 days from the date of publication of this information, the creditors of the Center can submit their claims to address: AZ1007, Baku City, Nasimi District, Sarabkiy Street, House 59-59A.
