AtaHolding reduces share capital

December 10, Fineko/abc.az. AtaHolding LLC reduces its authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-mentioned announcement was published by newspaper Vergiler (Taxes).

Thus, the holding made a decision to establish the authorized capital in the amount of AZN 40,071,816, reducing it by AZN 39,911,848.

The creditors of the company can submit their claims to address: AZ1014, Baku City, Nasimi District, Suleyman Rustam Street, 9.
