Rate of tourists who came to Azerbaijan this year unveiled - 3 million

December 11, Fineko/abc.az. The 3 millionth tourist has arrived in Azerbaijan today.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by State Tourism Agency’s spokesman Kanan Guluzadeh. He added that this year the number of tourists who visited the country is expected to exceed 3 million.

It should be recalled that this year the number of tourists coming to Azerbaijan increased by 11.1% against last year. Top 5 includes as usually citizens of Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Iran and Saudi Arabia. There is a certain decline of tourists from Europe, Central and South Asia, the Middle East.
