Rate of social cards in Azerbaijan has fallen as well - more than by 10%

December 16, Fineko/abc.az. By the end of Jan-Oct 2019 the number of payment cards in Azerbaijan reached 7.136 million.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that this figure is by 586,000 cards or 8.94% more versus early 2019 and by 712,000 cards or 11.08% more against the 2018 same term.

At the same time according to data for Jan-Oct 2019 there are 2.383 million social cards in the country. Over the last month the number of these cards decreased by 271,000 cards or 10.21%. Compared with the beginning of the year the number of social cards decreased by 137,000 cards or by 5.43%. The decline is linked with Agro-cards.
