About 40,000 cars imported in Azerbaijan for Jan-Nov

December 17, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2019 Azerbaijan imported 39,988 automobiles that is by 76.1% more versus the 2018 same term.

The State Customs Committee reports that for the past 11 months the country imported 36,061 automobiles and other motor transportation vehicles designed mainly to carry people. This figure has increased by 76.5% over the past year.

For the reporting period Azerbaijan imported 3,261 motor vehicles (68.3% more against the 2018 same term) for cargo transportation, 494 vehicles (a rise of about 2.1-fold) for transportation of 10 and more people, including the driver, and 172 ones (a rise of 53.6%) for special purpose.
