Oil prices not changed much

December 19, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for crude oil of standard grades have changed a little in Thursday’s trading following the previous trading sessions, and there were observed no significant changes.

Brent oil has been increasing in cost for the fifth consecutive session at a run and is at the highest for the past 3 months.

At the end of trading on 18 December at the London ICE Futures Exchange, the price for February’s Brent futures rose by $0.07 (0.11%) and reached $66.17 per barrel by closing of the trading. Its price decreased by $0.02 (0.03%) to $66.15 per barrel by 9:15 am.

Following the trading on 18 December, January’s WTI futures at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) declined in price by $0.01 (0.02%) to $60.93 per barrel. Its price fell by $0.02 (0.03%) to $60.91 per barrel by 9:15 am.
