December 27, Fineko/abc.az. 776 on-site tax audits were conducted for the past 11 months of 2019.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Deputy Tax Minister Sahib Alekberov at the 27 December press conference devoted to the amendments to the Tax Code to be effect from 1 January 2020.

The deputy minister pointed out that serious progress was achieved in our country in the field of tax policy, including in the field of tax accounting, inspection, and fundamental changes were carried out in the field of on-site tax inspections. So, if in previous years the number of field inspections was measured in tens of thousands, last year the indicator reached 1,532.
