December 28, Fineko/abc.az. If in previous years, when paying VAT the State Budget took into account the 30-day period of sale of goods, now this method has changed.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Center for Media & Communications of the Ministry of Taxes that according to the amendments to the Tax Code, it will now be completely transferred to the principle of the cash method.

So, from 1 January 2020 when selling goods and rendering services, VAT payers will calculate and pay VAT not in the month in which they deliver goods, but in the month in which the funds are included in its disposal. This change is designed to avoid creating a financial burden on the entrepreneur.
