December 30, Fineko/abc.az. Import of motor vehicles in Azerbaijan for Jan-Nov 2019 amounted to 39,988 (by 76% more versus the 2018 same period).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that the largest number of vehicles imported in Azerbaijan for the past 11 months of 2019 accounted for cars and other motor vehicles for the transportation of passengers – 36,061 (76.5% more against the 2018 same term).

Over Jan-Nov 2019 Azerbaijan also imported 3,261 motor vehicles intended for cargo transportation and 172 special purpose motor vehicles.

Also, during the reporting period 494 motor vehicles intended for the transportation of 10 or more people were imported in the country.
