Central Bank raised AZN 100 million in deposit auction

December 30, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) raised AZN 100 million in the next deposit auction for banks.

"On 30 December the CBA held another deposit auction, in which it raised AZN 100 million, the offer during the auction amounted to AZN 711.2 million. The weighted average rate during the auction made up 5.76%," the CBA said.

The funds were raised for the period of 14 days.

The CBA started holding deposit auctions in June 2016.
