A citizen filing a lawsuit against Standard Insurance wins

January 10, Fineko/abc.az. Another lawsuit against Standard Insurance has been considered.

Thus, applicant Akif Tahmaz filed a complaint to the Nasimi district court against the company and stated that the damage was not compensated.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by insurance expert and lawyer Ilkin Ibragimov.

According to the expert, after the claim was filed on 9 January the Nasimi district court considered and satisfied the citizen's complaint. Besides, on the basis of the claim against the defendant, Standard Insurance, a ruling on compensation for damages in an even greater amount to two citizens was made.
