January 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan ranks the 61st position on economic indicators in the rating of US News and World Report.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijan improved its position by 9 points compared with the previous rating.

According to the report of US News & World Report, the rating makers analyzed 20 parameters, including political, economic, social, cultural, tourist, and other areas. Azerbaijan ranks the 57th place in ‘Start a Business’ rating and 11th on ‘Business Development’, rising up to 64th place.

The rating was compiled by US News & World Report, BAV Consulting, and the University of Pennsylvania.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan ranked 53rd among 60 countries in the 2016 ranking, 69th among 80 countries in 2017, 64th in 2018, 70th in 2019.
