January 16, Fineko/abc.az. 70% of the work has already been fulfilled at the Caspian Waterfront Mall located on the Seaside Boulevard, says a source involved in the CWM construction project.

According to the source, indeed the construction should be completed this February, but for some reasons it is a little delayed, and the source us unaware of the exact date of center’s opening.

The source points out that the new mall project is going to be the most beautiful place for entertainment and shopping in Azerbaijan.

So, unlike other shopping and entertainment centers, there will be metcarting and three movie theatres in the new mall. In addition, the mall will have a large fountain inside the center and restaurants around it. The center will consist of five floors, between which elevators will operate.

Construction of the mall began in 2016.
