Oil prices increased

January 17, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are stable in the trading on Friday after solid rise the day before.

Following the trading on 16 January, March’s futures for Brent oil at the London ICE Futures Exchange increased in price by $0.62 (0.97%) up to $64.62 per barrel. Their price decreased by $0.02 (0.03%) to $64.60 per barrel by 9:10 am.

Following the trading on 16 January at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the price of February’s WTI futures rose by $0.71 (1.23%) up to $58.52 per barrel. WTI futures for February decreased by $0.01 (0.02%) up to $58.51 a barrel by 9:10 am.
