January 21, Fineko/abc.az. The non-oil sector observes great growth.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs operating in this sector produced industrial output by AZN 46.7 bn (1.8%) more in 2019 than in 2018.

Over the reported term production in the non-oil sector grew by 14.3%.

Also, 69.9% of industrial output was produced in the mining sector, 25.2% in the manufacturing sector, 4.2% in the production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, and 0.7% in the water supply, waste treatment and recycling sector.

Oil production in the extractive sector decreased by 3.3%, while commercial gas production increased by 27.7%.
