Donald Trump: I want US dollar to be strong

January 22, Fineko/abc.az. US President Donald Trump spoke about dollars in an interview for a local TV channel.

ABC.AZ reports referring to foreign media that in Davos, Switzerland, Trump, who took part in the World Economic Forum, stated that the US dollar is very strong and powerful. 
"This sounds great, from many sides - it's good, but very bad, given the processing sector," the US leader added. 

He noted that interest rates should be even lower: "I want the US dollar to be strong, very strong. I want the dollar to be awesome. But if you omit the interests, it will be very good."
