January 29, Fineko/abc.az. The system of rented housing under sale will be launched in the next few days.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Ilham Keleshov, the general director of the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund.

He noted that work on removal of system problems is being finished and the acceptance of applications for rented apartments is expected to begin in the next few days after system testing.

Keleshov also specified the details of the mechanism: "331 apartments will be leased with the obligation of sale at the primary stage. This year it is planned to lease apartments by 5-6 times more, that is, 1,600-2,000 apartments. Monthly payment for apartments offered to citizens within the housing rental mechanism will start from 411 manats in Baku, 333 manats in Khirdalan and 297 manats in Sumgait."
