Central Bank raised AZN 100 million in a deposit auction

February 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan raised AZN 100 million in a deposit auction for banks.

"On 5 February the CBA held another deposit auction in which it raised AZN 100 million. The offer in the auction reached AZN 627.9 million. The weighted average rate during the auction made up 5.51%," the CBA said.

The funds were raised for the period of 28 days.

CBA started holding deposit auctions in June 2016.
