February 5, Fineko/abc.az. Two fishing companies are being separated in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that one of the shareholders of Oriyad Balıq and Neftchala Baliq-Emtee, operating at the same address (Neftchala City; 17, Heydar Aliyev Avenue), will separate from the companies.

In this regard, both companies will conduct extraordinary general meetings of their shareholders to discuss the separation of this shareholder from the fishing company and creation of a new legal entity, the reduction of authorized capital stock of the company and approval of amendments to the Charter, approval of the Charter of the newly-created limited liability company, balance distribution and the act of acceptance, the preparation, signing of the amendment documents and the appointment of authorized persons in connection with these issues.
