February 7, Fineko/abc.az. Minister of Labor & Social Protection Sahil Babayev has conducted a press conference.

ABC.AZ reports that there the minister raised a number of issues, including targeted social assistance.

Babayev noted that the form of applying for social assistance will be simplified. According to the minister, sometimes those who need social protection have difficulty with filling-out an e-application, so this process will be simplified: "Applications will also be accepted at local departments of the Ministry, where help desks will be organized for them. However, applicants and their living conditions will be more seriously checked. During the inspection, audio-video monitoring capabilities will also be used to prevent any illegal transactions."
