Central Bank general director: Transport passengers to pay fare by bank cards

February 12, Fineko/abc.az. The fare in all kind of transport can be paid by bank cards in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Farid Osmanov, the general director of the Central Bank.

Stressing that the relevant project is currently being implemented with Azerbaijan Railways (ADY), the general director did not announce the date for applying the fare by bank cards in other types of transport. Osmanov noted that realization of this project is planned for the near future.
